Repositioning Cruises Are Good Cruise Bargains

Many of the 2008 repositioning cruises are very similar to those in 2007. Others are new. All are interesting and a good bargain. More will be added to this list as they are announced.
Winter 2008

The Holland America Prisendam will cruise for 29 days, repositioning from Buenos Aires to Fort Lauderdale in February 2008. The Prisendam will stopover in several South American and Caribbean ports along the way and will sail up the Amazon River to Manaus.

The Costa Europa will sail from Dubai back to Savona, Italy through the Suez Canal in February 2008. On the same day, the Costa Classica will embark from Sao Paulo, Brazil and cross the Atlantic to Savona.

Spring 2008

Celebrity Summit will sail a 12-night eastbound transatlantic itinerary departing San Juan, Puerto Rico on March 29, 2008, arriving in Southampton, England on April 10, with stops in Ponta Delgada, Azores; Vigo and Gijon, Spain; and La Rochelle and Cherbourg, France.

Celebrity Constellation will sail a 13-night eastbound transatlantic itinerary out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida on April 11, 2008, arriving in Harwich, England on April 24, with an overnight stay in King’s Wharf, Bermuda, and stops in Cork, Ireland; and Brest, Normandy, and Cherbourg, France.

Celebrity Quest, the 710-guest ship joining the line’s fleet in October 2007, will sail a 14-night transatlantic eastbound itinerary departing Miami, Florida on April 12, 2008 and arriving in Civitavecchia, Italy on April 26.
