BRAND NEW cruise on Arcadia (admittedly around the Med, but we wanted to let you know about it as soon as we could!!)

This was when Arcadia was due into dry dock for a refit, which has now been cancelled. On a recent trip on Arcadia in May she still looked in very good condition.

I did notice some wear and tare in the main swimming pool, but the thing that really anoyed me was that someone had seen fit to carve some grafitti into a panel in one of the lifts.

Apart from this i don't think that Arcadia was in need of a refit, so maybe the time in dry docks may have been more to do with a routine inspection of things like engines etc.

Still i'm really looking forward to travelling again on her next year.

I am due on Arcadia May 5th 08 cruising to Venice for 16 fab nights, this would of been the 1st cruise after the refit, a real shame its not happening, was looking forward to seeing what changes she was having, although agree she is still in fine fettle, have cruised this year and last on her.
