1st/2nd sitting

hi just recived our documents,and found to me horror we are on 1st sitting.any ideas how to change it other than queing up after boarding,want to change to 2nd madsmi

The only way is to ask the Maitre D' as far as I know.

If you booked through a TA, contact them and ask them to make the request for you. I would also contact the cruiseline myself, firstly by email and then by phone call. They may not want to speak directly to you if you booked through a TA but be pleasantly persistant and it should pay off.

If you are unsure what seating you are on when you board, as soon as you get on the ship (earlier than the stated time if from Southampton), go straight to the dining room and walk in, the doors should be unlocked. Go and see the maitre'd and ask him to check what time you are booked in for dining and tell him what you want. If at all possible, he will do his best to change to the later seating. Usually after the first night many people dont eat in the dining room or swap seating times so Im sure you'll get what you want.

hi it is the navvy so the email address would be handy,i have had a whinge at the TA as we booked a year in advance and asked and was told 2 sitting confirmed thanks for the info graham
