Australian-owned agency group Flight Centre http://www.flightcentre.co.uk/ has confirmed its entry into the cruise sector by establishing a dedicated division.
The high street travel retailer claims it will be offering specialist 'tailor-made' cruising options to customers, allowing travellers to combine a cruise with other holiday itineraries.
The company says it will have access to more than 30 cruise lines.
Head of marketing Brent Novak said: "Cruising is one of the travel industry's success stories, the variety of trips available and ease with which you can tailor your cruise itinerary has broadened its appeal amongst holidaymakers of all age groups.
"However, as more people want to cruise they are increasingly looking for something different and flexible. Our dedicated cruise consultants are on hand to ensure the cruise package meets individual needs so our customers will not be disappointed."
