I am delighted that tonight my father pointed out that we get double the allowance we thought we had... so thought I'd share the news with others... just in case (which is an excellent idea... especially as this is what the website is for... who knew????? roflmaoroflmaoroflmaoroflmao)

All carriers, apart from charter flights allow two cases per person to the USA. Thats why its better if you are going to Australia or New Zealand to go through a US city. eg Los Angeles. Its a bit longer doing this I know but, two cases per person makes a big difference if your away for a month. I was amazed at the amount of Qantas planes on the ground in Los Angeles, all of them Jumbo's.
