Spoke to Vicki today. Apparently those who have booked should get approx £20 each refunded in the fuel surcharge... which is great news (more for drinkie drinkies giggle)

RCI now want to take off the refund and give us OBC huffs

I phoned CruiseIn and spoke to Vicky, who told me things have been done in a very quiet way by RCI. They don't think it's right having announced the refund and new invoices etc sent out and atm are standing by the refund invoice sent. They are waiting to hear back and will keep us informed.

I said I'd prefer to have the refund.........in £s and off now rather than in $s on board and who knows what rate we'd get? That's our money not RCI's sticksms

Anyway........Vicky has added to my notes I want a refund and not OBC.......so she has evidence of what her customers wish I said I believed other Wakelover members would think the same as me? whistlesm

Oh and she wishes us all a MERRY CHRISTMAS! happysm

Can I assume that since we have not heard otherwise that the fuel reduction price issued on the last invoice from Cruise in still stands since they now are looking for payment of final balance but have not said anymore about this

On the invoice Donna it shows the Fuel supplement removed as a "discount" and has been taken off from the Total amount like the Deposit happysm
