Pam go to the Loyalty Ambassador once you're onboard and they should be able to access your info and apply coupons etc if any were available for your sailing.
It's been a massive problem this year..... I was onboard Majesty this week and it still aint straightened out. Don't despairsmilesmi

They told me 6/8 weeks and that was on 15June

The C&A newsletters arrive very infrequently.
I can't remember when we last received one.
