Our sailing was June 30th and we got a C&A number via email in August but nothing in the post as yet. We filled our registration in onboard and were told it would be about 6 weeks. I don't know what's wrong with the C&A- when we were onboard Freedom in June I was told they had a complete computer system failure and in a few weeks it would all be straightened out.
I signed my younger grandson up in May- he has many RCCl cruises under his belt and still waiting.
I called after we got home and was told he had been credited with all his cruises and something would come in the mail shortly..........
I'll be onboard Majesty next week and I'll go to the Loyalty desk and see what's up with them.

The C&A computer database has been getting upgraded since May...we here in UK will be able to see our cruise credits etc online,like our buddies across the pond ...when it is finally finished...but when that will be I couldnt get an answer to.

I get regular emails from C&A saying 'Here are your latest coupons'- then when you try to access them......... nil....... if you email or call you get the same answer- they installed two different systems at the same time early this year and still can't get those systems to "talk to each other". If you phone it seems they can pull up your info...just can't get it to you! aaargh! smacksmi
