It took 4 years for RCI to get my C&A membership right - having got my name wrong, gender and even moving me to reside in the US...I finally thought it was all sorted when they scratched my membership, started again and sent me a new card with (at last) the correct details on.
It was finally sorted....
Apparently not....
Today I received a letter welcoming me home from the Radiance of the Seas on a cruise I never sailed, inviting me to join C&A at Gold Level.
So, after spending over an hour trying to get through to the C&A department with no success, I have sent them an email stating that I have indeed been a member for several years and am in fact Platinum.
tut
I have asked them to check the info they have on me for my next cruise... I dread to think.

It's embarrassing, that dept- all others seem to manage their data OK but they cannot get their act together- in June 07 they said it was all the fault of a new system they introduced, which they could not get to "talk to" the other RCCL data systems. I haven't seen it improve though. I can look at 3 pages of my cruise history and each one credits me with a different number of cruises. It's a widespread complaint.
If they have credited you with an extra cruise I might keep mum- you will be platinum in no time ( think perks).

You need 10 cruise credits to attain Diamond....... have you done that many cruises with RCCL/and or Celebrity?
Oh, I am looking at your stickers- you mean after Sep 09?

Well you get 1 for the cruise, 1 if its over 12 nights and 1 if you are in a suite which we were last time and this Feb...
Just thought Sept is Celebrity not RCI so dont suppose that counts - but either way its an excuse for another cruise to get diamond. giggle

Wakie - RCCL gives credit for Celebrity cruises.
I didn't realise you got so many credits for being in a suite- I'm usually down in steerage roflmao

Just a reminder to all C&A members, I used a C&A £15.00 discount voucher against the Wakie mini cruise with CruiseIn and it was accepted by RCCL happysm

Oasis of the Seas pricing and itineraries are out today to Diamond and above cruisers. They are posted on CC on the RCCL board- sorry I don't know how to send an Adobe file.
