Azura’s restaurants will offer a range of options to suit all tastes and styles of dining.  This flexibility and choice will enable passengers to try something new, in a different setting each evening and menus will be inspired by cultures and cuisine from around the world. 

Sindhu, deck 7, aft

 Sindhu is the creation of Michelin starred Indian chef Atul Kochhar and will be one of Azura’s three select dining restaurants. Sindhu will offer modern Indian cuisine with a British twist, celebrating Britain’s love of Indian food and P&O Cruises long-standing affiliation with India.

Diners will be able to sample a fusion of British and Indian cuisine whilst watching chefs in action in the theatre style galley.

Sindhu will offer dishes such as crisp soft shell crab with squid salad, pan-fried sea bass with tomatoes and tamarind, and star anise poached rhubarb with yogurt foam and salted nuts.

The venue will have two different areas – a bar for pre-dinner drinks and light meals and the main restaurant.

The Glass House, deck 6 forward

TV wine expert Olly Smith has been enlisted to help create this new restaurant and wine bar concept – The Glass House. The menu will feature different wines recommended with each course, all served by the glass and expertly matched by Olly.

Seventeen, deck 17 aft

This dining room, influenced by the great dining rooms of the past and present, will offer select dining with a contemporary British menu.  Silver service waiters will serve, carve and prepare dishes at tables. Tables will also be available on the terrace for al fresco eating. The essence is simple ingredients served in a spectacular way.

Verona & Venezia (deck 15)

These restaurants will provide varied buffet dining with a contemporary ambience – light and airy with décor to match the sea views.  They will be the perfect spot for a casual breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea with spectacular ocean views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. One of the restaurants will offer a table service for evening meals.

Amber, Topaz and Jade restaurants (deck 5 mid, deck 6 mid and deck 6 aft)

Three silver service restaurants on board Azura will provide passengers with six-course à la carte cuisine.  The restaurants will offer Freedom Dining, which offers more flexibility and Club Dining for passengers who prefer to dine at the same time each evening.

Java, deck 5, atrium

A contemporary and comfortable coffee house during the day; pre-dinner bar by night. Java will be based in the heart of the ship and will be a great place to meet friends at anytime of day.  During the day Java will serve speciality coffees and chocolates, teas, snacks, pastries, savouries, cake, gateaux and tarts, cookies and muffins.

Coral Grill and Pizzeria, deck 15 fwd

The "poolside" Grill and Pizzeria on Azura will be the perfect choice for poolside snacks. 

The menu will appeal to both adults and children, with family favourites including grills, salads, deli style wraps, authentic pizzas, Italian bruschetta and ice-creams.

There will be a comprehensive room service menu 24-hours a day.

Club Dining

With Club Dining passengers can enjoy the ambience and atmosphere of the main restaurant, share their experiences and meet new friends.  The same table will be reserved for them with the same dining companions each night on either first sitting at 6.30pm or second sitting at 8.30pm. 

Freedom Dining

Passengers on Azura will have the option of Freedom Dining, which offers more flexibility.  Just like eating at a restaurant ashore, passengers can dine anytime between 6.00pm and 10.00pm, with whomever they choose.

If passengers feel like a change one night, wish to dine earlier or later than usual, are seeking a more relaxed atmosphere or want to celebrate a special occasion, one of Azura’s Select Dining venues will be available.
